Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request. However, please note that the $50 deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Rainy Weather:
If rain is forecasted for the scheduled day of the shoot, I will be closely monitoring the radar throughout the day.
If it starts raining or the radar indicates heavy rain during the shoot hours, we will reschedule the photo shoot to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. Safety and the quality of the shoot are our top priorities.
If the weather on the originally scheduled day doesn't permit the shoot due to rain, we will consider rescheduling to the following day.
Overcast Skies:
If the weather is overcast but not rainy, we will proceed with the scheduled photo shoot. Overcast conditions can provide a soft and diffused lighting that can be great for photography
Please note that the decision to proceed with or reschedule the shoot will be made collaboratively, taking into account both parties' availability and the weather conditions. Communication will be key in ensuring a successful and enjoyable photo shoot experience.
